Hi Team,
I booked one flight from Cleartrip (Cleartrip Trip ID –[protected] || Kolkata – Bangalore || Go Air) for 25th December 2021, which I cancelled on 18th December 2021. I was supposed to get a full refund for this cancellation by the EzCanel scheme.
As per Cleartrip mobile application, only its showing the refund was supposed to be calculated by 19th December 2021. PFA the attached screenshot.
I received the refund confirmation by Go Air to Agent (Cleartrip) by mail on 21st December 2021, however, as of today, on 26th December Cleartrip is false claiming they have not received any refund from the airline so far.
