I am the regular customer of clear trip. We had to cancel the Ticket. and I got the email about refund but I didnt get the refund.

trip Date - 26 June 2020
Reason is that the account o[censored]sed debit card for the ticket as been permanently closed.
old debit card ending -
I want refund in my other bank account. I have tried a lot to contact the Cleartrip team but they are not at all responding on this. The amount is really much for me to get.
Kindly do the needful for giving my refund back to me in my other bank account number.
