I have booked a hotel Fraser Suites Dubai in UAE on 8/6/2021. with trip id[protected] my email id: cnu.[protected]@gmail.com. but there is no booking showed in hotel. i have called cleartrip team and i paid AED 215 for new booking after confirming with cleartrip support team. i have send new invoice also. they told they will refund full amount AED 215 for new booking. i am continuously raising query they called 3 time and told with in 48 hours they will refund. but there is no response from them for lat 15 days. i spoke to Mr. Irshad and Mr. Akash for 3-4 times. now after raising query for last 15 days no call or mail response from them. there is no working phone line also for cleartrip.
i have all the recordings of conversations. this is not good.
