I booked a flight (Air India) from New Delhi to Bangalore with CT Flex for 6th Jan and then rescheduled it to 20th Jan.
I have been to and fro with customer care for 2 days on multiple calls. On one call after talking to multiple departments, they told me that my amendment fee will soon be refunded (amount: 3450) as per CT flex plans but the next day I again received calls telling me Amendment charges will not be refunded and they keep redirecting me to departments. Till now I have almost wasted 2+ hours with customer care.
On the website, it is mentioned that amendment charges will be refunded post rescheduling for CTFlex users and I got the same alert while I was in the process of rescheduling.
Customer care disconnected the call when I asked them to mail me their response in writing and escalate it to higher management. I have been a regular customer of cleartrip and have bought CTFlex multiple times but this kind of behavior is highly unacceptable and above all rather than making the process smoother it has just wasted my time.
