Dear Cleartrip,
1. I’m a serving Naval officer presently posted in Kochi, Kerela. Due to an inadvertent accident of mother of my subordinate sailor Neeraj Singh on 13 th Dec, I booked a Go first flight for him via cleartrip from Kochi to Bom G8 348 and BOM to Delhi G8 2315 ( trip ID[protected], PNR- A2IH6Y).
2. Upon booking the flight, the amount was deducted from my account, however confirmation of booking was kept on hold . Subsequently, Neeraj Singh received a msg ( photo of msg enclosed) that payment is unsuccessful and if amount is deducted, it will be refunded in 3-10 working days . However later on a msg concerning confirmation of booking was received, but by that time a new flight of Indigo was already booked.
3 . Subsequently, the Go First flight was cancelled for Neeraj Singh from our end just 3 hrs before take off.
4 . It is pertinent to mention that all this mischap happened due to reception o[censored]nsuccessful payment message from your end, cause of which I was forced to book an another flight.
Therefore you are requested to initiate full refund for the above mentioned GO Air flight.
