[Resolved] Cleartrip — Refund process | |||
HI CSFF Team, Please be informed that it has been a month since the Refund process was initiated. I am still waiting for the refund from your end. You guys don't have a direct callback number to call in and check the status. I need to lodge a complaint on your website. If you could look at the mail trail it has been so many emails to you and the response I get is 4 to 5 business days. "Since the airline cancelled your flight, you need to contact the airline to get the Special Service Request document and email it to [protected]@cleartrip.com to process the full refund." This is the automated message I got from you guys to request for the document from the Airline. I contacted them and was informed that the travel agency needs to contact the airline directly for this issue and not the passengers. I request you to get in touch with the concerned airline (FLYDUBAI) and process my refund at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
