I'm writing regarding the refund status of my flight with trip ID[protected]. The cancellation was done by the AIRLINES and informed to me by email. Every other airlines when a flight is cancelled by them does an IMMEDIATE refund, but with cleartrip I was asked to log in and claim my refund. At the time it said that I would receive a refund in 10 days, but it's been over 15 days since the cancellation and the Rs. 79, 433 I paid are still not refunded to me.
When I enquire about the status all I hear back is that I will get a call back. When I have made the payment to CLEARTRIP directly and not the airlines, why is my money pending from Cleartrip's side because of the airline?
When I call your call centre the agents are completely unable to provide even a timeline on when I can expect the money back. Was this information helpful? |
