Cleartrip — Regarding my money refund

This is in regards to the above mentioned trip ID. I had booked a flight tickets of Air Asia through cleartrip.com in January 2020 for the travel date in March 2020. My flight got cancelled due to pandemic.

I tried to call cleartrip for further clarification on it but I didn't get any response then I called Air Asia directly and they gave me the refund of Rs. 15072/- in my Air Asia account wallet.

Now in January 2021, I tried to book another flight through Air Asia website by using my wallet balance. I got to know that they have refunded my money Rs. 15072/- to the original mode of payment(Cleartrip). they have also confirmed the same through email.

Now, it's been a month since I am chasing cleartrip to refund my money but they are not resolving my issue even are not replying to my emails.

Request you to kindly look into it and provide the right resolution asap.
