Cleartrip — Regarding refund amount from last 40 days

Actually I have booked my ticket cleartrip on april end. My Trip ID is [protected].

GoAir was the flight name. Actually Go Air had cancelled their flight on that day. It's been 40 aprox day. My money is still not refunded. I checked with go Air they are saying your money has been sent to Agent - i.e. Cleartrip.

I had called yo support people to Cleartrip, they are saying will be credited soon sir. I am not sure how they are working, because this is not the way private companies should work.

I am attaching the SS for reference.

I will request to higher authorities to look into this matter. As it ruining the image of Cleartrip customers. I am with Cleartrip from last 8 years, booking my all trips with Clear Trip only. But if this is the case then I need to thing twice from booking from Clear trip
