request for refund
am booked refundable fight ticket,
1) Trip ID[protected]/march/2020 (covid-19)-flight cancelled by clear trip agency, and they called by phone, they told me amount will be refund, but I dint received any refund,
2) Trip ID[protected]i dint received amount

two time i booked flight but no refund'
kindly refund my amount
i have all proof
