1. They rescheduled my flight with the 20 hours layover that is supposed to be 3 hours only. My original flight was April 5 with 3 hrs layover and they changed it on April 6 with 20hrs layover. And the flight that they provided to me is not suitable for me so i asked them with the different date but there was no available on economy and then i asked for another date and they told me that there is available but they are charging me with the airline amendment fee and other charges that was not supposed to charge me.
2. They are really hard to reach out, they are really taking too much time.
3. They don't know how to handle their customers.
4. They are taking the chance to charge the customers of whatever they want to charge. Was this information helpful? |
