Dear team, sorry to say but your customer service is one of the worst in the world .. your app does not work for rescheduling so we need to call your customer care and after hour long waiting and call, they will say that they will revert back to me shortly and I am still waiting for the call …
I was so surprised that even in the today call where I mentioned to the executive that I had already called multiple times and let’s reschedule the ticket on call itself but no help ..
I have been using Cleartrip from long time but I think it’s time to switch to other platform if you keep doing such customer service ..
