@cleartrip I am absolutely appalled at the way you have abused my mental health, time and trust over the last 1 week. We have been trying to convert my fathers business class ticket with @turkishairlines to an OPEN ticket because of my mothers cancer treatment that has been extended.
When I spoke to @cleartrip they asked me to speak with @turkishairlines because cleartrip couldn’t change it. On speaking to @TurkishAirlines I was told they can’t change it and ask me to go back to @Cleartrip or reach out to the Turkish Airlines customer relations team.
Wrote to the @TurkishAirlines customer relations team & they say it has to be done from @Cleartrip Again I reach out to cleartrip and they say we need confirmation from the airline if they can make it open. Two days pass and false promises of call backs are made but don’t happen.
Finally after 5 days of going back and forth and calling atleast twice everyday and holding the line for atleast 40 minutes and repeating the same story daily, a customer rep @Cleartrip finally confirms my ticket is OPEN and sends an email confirmation BELOW.
I started to check on my end if the status of the ticket changed on the portal and it had not. So I called eartrip again today and @Cleartrip CANT find this email sent below and has kept me on phone for 2 hrs trying to find something they sent! So as per them the ticket is not OPEN even though the below email clearly states it is open. All this harrowing in the middle of my moms critical health challenges that we are dealing with together as a family.
THE DEPARTURE IS IN 72 hours and your team asks me for another 24 hours???? Who is going to compensate us for all this time lost in back and forth and the business class ticket money on the line???
This will have to be taken to consumer court if it is not resolved immediately.
