Cleartrip — Ticket Hyd-Madurai-Hyd cancellation refund | |||||
I had purchased on 18 March 2021, flight tickets for five persons (details in attached files) with my HDFC Credit card, through Cleartrip.com which were confirmed all through. Subsequently, due to Covid-19 restrictions I had to cancel these tickets on 22 April 2021. The cancellation has been confirmed through email from the Airline (INDIGO) and refund notified. I have not yet received the refund amounts. I complained to the Airline (INDIGO) through email about the nonreceipt of the said refund whereupon they have replied that the same had already been paid to the agent through which the purchase was made, namely Cleartrip.com. I had earlier sent an email to cleartrip.com regarding this refund but the mail returned undelivered as the address is not valid. I searched the web for the correct address to send this complaint but was unable to find any means to send this complaint. Address not found Your message wasn't delivered to [protected]@cleartrip.com because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive email.
