I booked by tickets using flexifly insurance for 10th March departure, Delhi Goa and return Goa Delhi 13th March via trip ID[protected]
I amended this ticket on 9th March, for 15th April Delhi Goa and Return 18th April. The debit was done from my account and I also got a booking confirmation online. Screenshot attached for reference.
On 10th morning I called Customer Support, telling them I have not received the PNR. even though i was repeatedly promised call backs, none came and I had to continue to follow up.
On 18th March, I am being informed that the amendment didn't go through and my amount of Rs 38000 is being refunded..
The same flight is for Rs 121, 000 today. Pls see the attached screenshot.
Why am I being punished for CLEARTRIP system issue?
Moreover, I received NO information/ advise that my amended flight (screenshot attached) did not go through prior to today, even when I was calling everyday, requesting for PNR.
I would like the same flight to be rebooked at the initial cost. Was this information helpful? |
