[Resolved] Cleartrip — Unable to Refund the Cancellation Ticket

I have cancelled the International Ticket with trip Id[protected]. As initially they told the refund will initiate in 5-10 working days and later on after 8 day they come with an email as refund is processing with 0 charges as below. Please help me on getting refund as justifying the policies. Any airline will not charge completely as part of services and with in 24 hours also they are providing refunds. As per united airlines they will charge minimal processing for cancellation and refund the amount. Please consider my request and forward this complaint as soon as possible.

I have cancelled the ticket immediately due to client changed the plan to come to different location and cancelled immediately and the flight cancellation charges must be taken as minimal fee to process the cancellation and the amount they are trying to get as whole not taking some amount for minimal formal charges for processing. I have followed up multiple channels and they are not responding on it. Please help me on resolution for this.
