Cleartrip.com — Booked Hotel stay denied room on checkin time by Hoteliers... Hotel Preethi Towers ooty

I booked my stay for my family from Oct 1to 3rd Oct in hotel Preethi classic towers, Ooty, tamilnadu in Cleartrip.com and they deducted the money and send a email confirmation with the details of hotel stay. I do called the hotel and asked for room number they told it will be allotted on the check-in time. So I thought all are set ready On the check-in day I went to the hotel... They told there is no room booked in your name so get-out. I don't have words to explain my difficulty... Called the Cleartrip people ... They told it a miss communication.. We will talk n get u the room... I waited they did not call back for hours... Then I called them... They told the trade mark reply... We are sorry... Then they promised for alternate stay... Again they never turned up... I called them and as usual trade mark reply... We are extremely sorry... There is no hotel available...
