I have purchased a pair of shoes from Lifestyle of their in house brand - CODE . Salesperson and sales manager had confirmed that shoe carries 3 months warranty.
After 1 month of purchase shoe sole had detach from the shoe body .
Following the same I have approached the store, but store manager had refused to accept the shoe and also on producing the bill (which he was not expecting I would have) he said lifestyle don't give any warranty on shoe.
At last after all the heated conversation - I have to left the shoe at the store .
I have sent the written complaint to the company but no revert as of now. Was this information helpful? |
