Lifestyle Team, I would like to bring notice regarding the malpractice happening at Lifestyle Coimbatore. Yesterday I went to your store. I had purchase garments value of around 1600.00. At the time billing ( ground floor - kids section) I informed the cashier to redeem my points from the current bill, but the person told me the redeem cannot be done since the server is down. I have heard similar reply whenever i wanted to redeem my points from the bill. Previously my 1000 points were redeemed without my knowledge and i was not able take my point benefit. When i asked for the explanation, the staffs were not talking properly and were making fun of this issue. With such experience i left whatever i have purchased. The store manager is useless, who is not following with any complaint properly. If your company doesn't want to give scheme benefit to the customer, then please drop such schemes. Just putting banners of ethics, customer values and mission is not enough, kindly follow the same. Lifestyle Coimbatore is cheating customer openly and kindly look into this seriously.
