A faulty substandard sofabed was delivered to my retired parents causing great stress and discomfort and they refuse to do anything about it inspite of their customer care man agreeing to our complaint.We have signed copy of his report but the company refuses to accept it....

Lifestyle Team, I would like to bring notice regarding the malpractice happening at Lifestyle Coimbatore. Yesterday I went to your store. I had purchase garments value of around 1600.00. At the time billing ( ground floor - kids section) I informed the cashier to redeem my points from the current bill, but the person told me the redeem cannot be done since the server is down. I have heard similar reply whenever i wanted to redeem my points...

This are really blunt lies – I am categorically denying all falsified statements
1. the show is hardly been used.
2. I just tested it and my size did not fit, so kept it for exchange.
3. It was a discount product, it was in the similar shape and in full for sale.
4. I went to your shop in 4-5 days deviation and you are unfortunately not listening to me.

I had visited the life style store along with my family & noticed that on the articles that were on sale the store was charging 5% vat on each item.As per my knowledge when the store is offering any article on discount the MRP mentioned after the discount should include all taxes & i feel that customers are being cheated since the store is charging a 5% VAT for each item that is purchaed on the discount.I request the concerned authorities...

I have purchased a pair of shoes from Lifestyle of their in house brand - CODE . Salesperson and sales manager had confirmed that shoe carries 3 months warranty.
After 1 month of purchase shoe sole had detach from the shoe body .
