Yesterday i was placing order for a 4in 1 shaper but when I was making payment online the payment of 407 was deducted using my Phone pay app but order was not placed. I either want the order placed or need the refund immediately.i also made a complaint over phone pay app but i was guided that they received the money but might take some time to confirm the order....

Hii this is imran here actually I order something on clovia and it was destined to be delivered on 22 th April but I didn't even received it on 23 rd as well besides when I check my order status in clovia app it shows me order dispatched nd when I track it by the help of tracking ID it shows the location which is approximately 10 kilometres from where I ordered nd given location can somebody help me out why it was not delivered to my door...
