[Resolved]  Club 7 Holidays — cheated in Bangkok Hotel

Dear Sir/Ma'am I am Kavita Bihani from kolkata. After 7 years of my life & after 4 years of my Husband's death I decided to go out on vacation with my 5 yrs Son. I had informed above information to Club 7 also. They promised me safe trip to Thailand. I was promised 3* hotel with proper facility. In Bangkok they gave me Ecotel hotel. There I found that they do not have any kitchen of their own. They had restaurant with common owner out of hotel. They could not provide me glass plate on pretext that they do not have their kitchen or restaurant. I had 5 years old baby who needed milk at night snack ect day time. The room was full of ants. we had to eat on plastic polethine. they asked us to buy glass for milk & plate from their shop. They had a lounge where they seved breakfast. After 10:00 am it was closed. We coyld not even get tea or coffee. I could not get food heated as no microwave was available. there was complete chaoes. i cried from there but there was no response. I called up Neeta Kotak from ISD but she did not hear me. I was all alone with small baby. I requested them proper hotel but they did not give ear to my problem. I found that ecotel in Bangkok had just residential facility. After I came back I tried calling manager every one. But they humiliated me. They made fun of me. Mr. Subhro said I am lying. I was cheated. I was made to suffer all 5 days. If actions are not taken they will continue these tricks. I am single lady. My money was hard earned. After years of tragedy I wanted a genuine holiday for me & my son. But considering me alone they cheated me. Please help me. Please address my cause. Its very very important. Waiting for your valuable reply.
