I Rohan Joshi visited Mahabaleshwar with my wife. On 30th October 2016, we met a guy named Raj (Mobile: [protected]) at market giving us some lucky draw coupons for Jiva Club on the occasion of their 5th Anniversary and asked us to visit the Panorama Hotel on 31st October Morning.
He told us that there will be a small presentation and then we have to scratch the lucky draw coupon and then we will get any one of the prize from below options as part of their anniversary celebration:
1. LED TV
2. Tablet
3. Holiday worth Rs. 21, 000
4. Rs. 10, 000 Cash.
He also asked us to come with any Master or Visa Card (Credit/Debit) and ID Proof. We went there in morning and it took around 2 Hours. Ms. Vijeta asked our Holiday Patterns and past holiday destinations and noted down the same on a form. Later on she went through brochure of their Resorts and explained Packages.
Initially we were asked to pay Rs. 54, 000 for 21 Nights Package. Later on their manager Mr. Parag Navare (Mobile: [protected]) had discussion with us and he provided discount and gave final amount as Rs. 45, 000/- and he told that this amount will get converted into EMI of Rs. 1, 250 per month for 36 months. He used my SBI Credit card for the same and I found that he charged me for full Rs. 45, 000/-. I asked him about the same and he said that he has just blocked the limit of Rs. 45, 000 and this will get converted into EMI of Rs.1, 250 automatically and told me not to worry about it. {Attached copy of credit card bill}
After all this we scratched the lucky draw coupon and to our surprise we found Holiday Coupon from Jiva Club which is totally useless as we will already have access to these resorts after becoming the member.
After returning to Mumbai I received my SBI credit card bill on 1st November and found the full amount of Rs. 45, 000 showing up and it is not converted into EMI as Mr. Parag Navare discussed.
They also informed me that there will be No Annual Maintenance Cost, and it is to be paid only in the year we go to their own resorts.
I have visited Club Jiva Head Office at Jogeshwari on 2nd November morning and asked to meet Ms. Meena Sharma. Since she was not available at that time, I have been asked to send my complaint via email to [protected]@clubjiva.in and I was informed that I will get call back from Ms. Meena Sharma, but it is already been 24 hours I have sent her email { Attached snap of email } and I have not heard back anything from them. I have called up on their head office several times on[protected] to talk with Ms Meena Sharma but she did not talk and I was informed that she is busy in meeting and I will get call back. I left me phone number and name and waited for whole day but did not get any call from their end.
I am no more interested in Club Jiva membership and demand my Rs. 45, 000 back immediately by RTGS/NEFT, failing which I will initiate filing FIR against Company and fraudsters and spread the same on various Social media platforms via Club Jiva Facebook Page, Twitter etc.

Same happen to me at Mahabaleshwar ... on 25th November.. let come together and close this Club Jiva. Even no proper support or
answer from Jiva.
Log a FIR with Police station about same.. I am alos doing same. I also logged a complaint on
this portal but no use.. see below..
