[Resolved] Club Jiva — Complaint for refund my membership fee and 3 yrs service charges

Club Jiva is a fraud company.
I am a member of club jiva since 2018 and its been almost 5 years and the company couldnt even arrange 1 trip. Whenever we enquire for bookings either they say that we not have hotels in that area or no bookings for the specified time period.

When we try to call them or confront them regarding the same they very confidently lie to us saying that they didnt recieve the mail or we are trying but after taking a follow up they switch off their phones never pick up their help line number nor give a proper response. Instead they talk very rudely to customers and do fake claims very confidently.

They call us regularly for Annual Maintanence fee but never provide us with service. The company is just fraud. Our money has gone waste.

Requesting you to please take necessary action so that they can never fool other people.

I feel very bad that I invested money in a very bad travel company kindly return the amount of Rs 1, 75, 000/- and service tax for 3 alternate years given by me.
