I am memeber of club Jiva and I have taken membership in jan2016 they offered me 10years plan for 80k RS including dae membership but till date I have not received dae membership what can be done I have contact them several times but there is no result they reply that this will be done
For last 3 months I am being assured but now they are not responding to mail also should I go to consumer court if yes how to do it
