Club Jiva — company took money but denied to given services | |||
I have taken club jiva membership. The representative of club jiva named neha and nancy told me and showed me that they have dae affiliation hotels and resorts in maldives. I paid and took the membership because i wanted to go to maldives thats it... But now they have completely changed there words and as i requested to bookfor maldives holiday. There representative named jaydeep shetty told that they didn’t had any affiliation in maldives.. And now they completely deny and there representative named neha completely said that they can’t do anything.. Wrong information to consumers. And after product is sold they don’t take any responsibility to solve the issue. Now they aren’t even responding me at all. I regret taking this decision and i would request to everyone to think thrice in investing this brand. I am heading towards consumer court now i should request all the consumers to take action against this company i[censored] face any type of issues with them only then this company will be working towards consumer driven approach..
