Membership no. Cj/da/b/c1124-after a month of follows up and numerous emails to the club reservations team they sent me a reservation confirmation receipt for the hotel pinache art in goa for 23rd november to 30th november 2018 but there is no response from the contact information given on the booking confirmation so when i contacted the hotel to check the reservations upon checking i am told that there are no bookings made by club jiva on the given dates, i have already done my flight bookings and now i am in a soup all because of club jiva.

Club Jiva contacted me and gave a booking confirmation on the same dates but in another Hotel of the same standard and I called the Hotel direct reservations and reconfirmed it and by God's Grace they could track my reservation. Thanks Club Jiva
