[Resolved] Club Jiva — False info during presentation related to resorts & utility charges

I became ClubJiva member on 26/09/2014 in Goa and made payment of Rs 25000 as deposit. Also paid 7 EMIs of 2500 Rs. After a lot of mail communication, they told that they have only 7 home properties. Later I came to know that only 1-2 rented rooms they have in these properties. This is clearly the case of Cheating. I want to cancel my membership & get the refund.

Hi CJ Customer Care, I have already sent multiple emails to [protected]@clubjiva.in and called several times to the numbers provided on website for cancelling my membership and get my money back. But, there is no response from mails and my calls are not answered as well. Hence, I have to use this consumer forum. I am not willing to continue my membership hence, please cancel my membership and refund my money.
