[Resolved] Club Jiva — False statements and poor service

I have opted for Clubjiva Membership and have paid them certain amount but now I believe they are fraud and only giving false statements. While getting my membership they were very attentive and well spoken but as soon as they got money everything just seems to be flipped. So far I have experienced worst service and now they are not picking up calls nor replying on emails. I would like to know if there's any procedure for getting money back and what and how legal action can be taken against them. Prashant-[protected]

Complaint marked as Resolved

Still my complaint is not resolved. It stands there where it was before. Company is not even bothered to re check if my complaints are actually solved or not. No one taking follow up but its only me calling them again and again.
