This is with regards to club membership sold to us by Mr Vishwas & Ms Samantha at Goa in the month on Nov 2015 for which we were said that you have all 5 star resort tie up & we can use this membership for us or we can give our membership no to any one our friends relative with that they need to pay only utility charges and can take the benefit of it which is not the case & we are being cheated.
There is no 5 star resort tie up as when we went to Ginger Tree GOA in month of May 16 they said very clearly we have standard room tie up no deluxe room also it was a pathetic resort where we had to fight for everything after check in for one hour we had to struggle to get things Ac was getting off geyser was not working too bad.
Since 2016 I am struggling to get my refund have visited their office & written mails but no positive response now again am following since Nov 20 that continue the membership as they are not refunding the money so Mr Jaydeep replied saying now your membership is foritified to continue you need to speak with our AVP Mr Naresh Khanna when I said arrange a call with him so he said you need to come personally in second week of Dec & meet I said we call have a zoom call still he insisted you have to come personally.
Today I. E 19/12/20 when we went to their office in Mumbai it was closed & when enquired with neighbouring office they said its closed. Was this information helpful? |
