Club Jiva — No response for reservation | |||||
We took club jiva membership while on our Matheran trip. Now when I am asking for hotel reservation, there is no response / revert on my bookings despite repeated calls / emails. Every time I call their customer care office, they hv standard reply 'the person handling your booking is sick and on leave'. I am just fed up following with them. My email was sent in the first week of Feb. 2016 but till date no revert, just getting auto reply. we feel cheated, helpless. Is there any way I can cancel the membership and get my money back. In order to fight against these fraudsters in the court of law, please call me on [protected]. I have already registered a case against these fraudsters and till now no refund has been processed to us.
I am going to file FIR at Police station and all the call recordings that we had with the Sales agent will be tracked and these people will be caught with proofs.
