Club JiVA convinced my parents to pay for the membership to pay for the package, but every year we face the same problem for last 5 years. No one answers phone call, hotels not available, and if we give notice JIVA team 6 months ago, Jiva is not able to reserve. Jiva will ask you wait until the last month before your holidays planned, and by that time all their hotels are booked, so my parents had to cancel or change their plans several times. Now my parents are at a point where they have to just take any location, any hotel which is available in the country because they dont their money to be wasted. Please think of such case for your parents who are retired and want to enjoy some vacation time. But in reality it is a headache.
What can Jiva club do to get us out this mess? Ibwant my parents to get their money back at least for the remaining period of the membership. Was this information helpful? |
