[Resolved] Club Jiva — Non refund of money on membership cancellation

We had got a club jiva membership in goa by getting trapped into the sweet talks of their agents where they told us that they have hotels
like hyatt .. when we found out that all was false we immediately applied for cancellation the next day . We phoned them returned documents everything and they promised they would return the money by sending an official email but it has been 23 days now and no response from their end . They are a fraud please be careful

The company refunded the money to us on the due date given by them . Though it took some time but the company finally responded and resolved the issue Satisfied
