[Resolved] Club Jiva — Not returning Money after promising

Club jiva approved my return of money after cancellation of membership.but after one month they did not return it and now they are saying that it is not are policy to cancel the membership. i have give my bank account details on 27 July and they told me within 30 days I will get my money back .but now they are refusing. what a company club jiva I can't understand.

Updated by Shail chauhan I have written many time to club jiva at [protected]@clubjiva.in but no reply no solution . when I call to customer care they are just say we can not refund the money.ms Nisha not forwarding my call to senior management person and say that nobody will pickup your call except me .Now I am feeling very frustrated.
