[Resolved] Smokin Joes — Smokin joe's cheating promotion coupon campaign | |||
Smoking joe's had sold us a coupon booklet with one plus one offers. We paid rs 700 for the same. We ordered a couple of times using the coupons and thrice they got our delivery wrong (the crust was the not correct or a goo[censored]p in the order). We would just call them and inform them and let them go. (They dont have any mechanism of registering or recording these complaints. Got to know of that only yesterday) yesterday, the same thing happened and since my brother was expected to reach only late at night I refused to accept the wrong crust pizza as it would like a rock by the time he would come. I called and told them again that you'LL goofed up and requested them to send the correct order. They had also billed us for a coke and not sent it. They blankly refused saying that they are sorry for the error but cant do anything more than that. I even told them to send the correct order in half an hour yet they refused. Finally I refused to accept the wrong order and sent it back. Then I called the agency that sold me the coupons and complained about this saying they have cheated me. I got a call back from smoking joe's kurla west after abt half an hour (by which time I had ordered from elsewhere) and the lady was extremely unpleasant. She told me she will send the correct order now. I told her when I requested for the same you refused then and then I didnt hear from the gentleman to whom I complained, so I went ahead and ordered from elsewhere. To this, she told me ok henceforth no order shall be taken from your token no. How can she even say that? I have paid for those coupon. Ofcourse they arent going to refund my money. It was extremely unprofessional. Please dont fall into the trap of buying smoking joe's coupons. It is a "cheat the customer campaign". BEWARE OF SUCH CAMPAIGNs Was this information helpful? | |||

It took 1hour and 20mins for the smokin joe's to deliver the pizza. The outlet is 10mins away and still such a delay. Being a regular consumer I can note the difference that the quality delivered by smokin joe's is deteriorating.
I stay in Kharghar, in my case their sales executive had come to our society late evening by 8;15pm without informing security he reached my flat and insisted I purchase a new card from him. We obviously didn't coz the earlier one was still pending which according to him would have expired only when coupons were finished. While selling card earlier he had promised that nothing like expiry of card is there or it would have been printed.
My security had to forcefully send him out of the society as we do not permit sales people in our premises so late. RESULT- card expired :)
CHEATS THEY ARE ;not company but these individuals who for their commissions are destroying the company's brand equity.WE ALL SHOULD BRING THIS TO THEIR HIGHER AUTHORITIES so that they take corrective action in time.
To us it doesn't make a difference now when we have shifted to DOMINOS. Its for them to save their customers.
