Cmri — Lack of treatment and stealing my mom's gold earrings from ICU

During this lockdown time suddenly we had a bad fate. My mom had her stroke and being away from kolkata I just suggested my dad to go to any hospital during this time of emergency. I regret to advice my dad to take my mom to CMRI. When they reached she was not attended and left to check on basic tests. My dad repititively pleaded to check on her as she was on Ecosprin and any injection to be given to reverse the loss of blood hameroagge. But they were only asking to proceed with the admission procedure and not treating the critical patient. When they ultimately took my mom in ICU, they commented the hameroagge is massive and cannot be done anything. Next to your utter surprise they gave few gold ornaments like two bangles except the big gold earnings stating even in ICU it is on her and will be later given. My dad was little surprised and asked in ICU hiw she can wear gold. But the person said someone else will give it back and escaped. Even I said to dad to ta question the ICU department but he was so mentally disturbed that he refrained himself to ask about a earning. Ultimately we lost the battle and my mom left us within 3days but I am sur there was no proper care taken neither the Doctor were contacting us nor providing any medical updates. We had to wait hours to catch hold of the doctor. I have never seen a hospital to loot a patient's gold ornaments and not focusing on the treatment. Arr these people humans? I really want to do a complaint on the entire situation we had to face and the theft happened on 25th May 2020 around 8pm in ICU department. Please look in the same and advice for further strict actions to be taken.
