I have bought a panasonic p 55 mobile online from flipkart.com on 23 / 5 / 2015. The order details of which are as follows. Order id - od[protected] Product - panasonic p55 The product was delivered to me on 26 / 5 / 2015 by cash on delivery. The handset was having a problem in software as it hangs when u use both the sim cards & or a memory card. The same was given to a panasonic india mobile authorized service center in pune for 3 - 4 times. The handset was also sent to co. For further solution as it could not be repaired by the service center. On 14 / 8 / 2015 the co. Issued a doa certificate for replacement of handset which was received to me on 19 / 8 / 2015 through a service center in pune. Please find enclosed herewith copy of invoice as well doa order issued by panasonic india I have called up flipkart.com on the customer care no. [protected] several times from 19 / 8 / 2015. But they are unable to solve the issue. Now they are saying that they can't give the handset replacement as it is out of replacement warranty of 30 days as per their co. Policy. On the other hand panasonic india is saying that only the delaer can give you either replacement or refund. But both are not co - operating and trying to neglect the issue.
