I order a tata sky dth. Order date is 11th march. But i don't recieve my order. You tell us your order has shipped in 24 hours. But i don't recieve. Please you call delivery man to shipped my order soon. I call your customer care number but he don't say anything about order. You don't recieve my order soon i complaint in police station. I have taken connection from 11th date of March and I still didn't got my connection and their is no reply from TATA SKY what should I do please solve my problem afterwards I have to go to consumer court

I have booked the installation of Dish TV HD but after payment no one is responding to my calls. I also tried to contact their customer complaint no. but no one is responding. Please help me get refund of Rs 1999 which I paid to them today morning itself. Customer reference was CDT[protected]. My Payment id was[protected]
