[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — imint points

i strongly agree with all the complaints regarding i-mint because i am also one of them luckyly i got my i-mint card but it is of no use iam not able to register myself with i-mint every time i try a message is flassed "information missmatched" when i see my bank statement it says ur points are redeemed i even dont know how many pts i have in my account. when i try to contact i-mint on ph then the no is out of order there site also does not open.

I-mint's website is NEVER available, and when the given phone number is contacted, they ask us to try the website. I have not been able to redeem even one point. What kind of rip-off is this?
worst service of imint website not open...i have enough number of points but cannot buy anything

Same with me. Imint is absolute waste. The items in Imint cart are not very attractive and also there is least response from them. ICICI should start redeeming themselves like HDFC etc and not go thro Imint.
It was better that you were not able to register.

I had registered and when i redeemed the reward points for a gift, I received a broken article.
The article was returned by me on the same day after calling imint.
I had followed all the procedures stated by imint for returning the article.
However, tt took about 4 months of writing several emails, calls, cajoling, etc., to imint to get the points recredited!
ICICI was not very helpful either.
I knew what running-from-pillar-to-post was all about!

Better option will be use another bank's card.

I have not received my iMint card and details inspite of multiple reminders. They do not even reply to mails.

Very difficult...I have lost hope of redeeming my points.

Moreover I have also got my ICICI Credit card cancelled.

As per my experience with Imint, it is absolutely a unorganised firm with inexperienced customer care executives. I had a very bad experience with Imint. I came to know about Imint only when all my accumulated reward points got transferred from ICICI to Imint account. When I got one SMS from Imint about this card, I contacted them after a week for non-receipt of Imint card. I contacted Imint customer care executive(s) 'n' times over phone / email, but whenever I calls them I gets a standard message (like recorded message) that "you will get the card within 15 days time", but after every 15 days, I used to call them reminded about this. Finally I got the card last month and able to register the card online. The new problem which I am facing is that I am not able to log in to my account and view the reward points. No whenever or wherever I open their website, it is not opening and gets a message that "Connection to imintpoints.com:443 failed". The other funniest thing is that ICICI has never asked/informed before they transfering the accumulated points to Imint account. When I calls Imint customer care executive, they tells me to contact ICICI and when we contact ICICI, they says to contact Imint, which is a very very bad experience... Moreover I don't think keeping this Imint card is of NO USE.
I agree I get message from Imint regarding accumulation of points but unable to redeem them.
i also received a message from i mint that i will receive a card shortly and even after 6 months i didn't received. after repeated persuance finally i received a card with another number which donot match with the original number. when i tyr to register it gives an error message that the email address not available.

I had sent a mail regarding the hp petol bunk namely m.s.r. on k.r.road about the programme for swiping i mint chord, as i usually fill up about 2, 500 rupees monthly i am loosing lots of points what shall i do or can you programme the bunk machine p.s.ramanathan.

I strongly agree with the all commetns and complaints made by many. till this date i have no idea of my total imint reward points and do not have user id and password. ICICI bank is making fool o[censored]s by introducing this i mint card.

Due to this, I am planning to switch over to other banks credit card.

I have been trying to contact imint to know total points accrued & what offers are prevailing for redemption.
Till date I have not been able to know it.

their website just doesnt functional well.
Anytime you ask them for details of the products on offer they do nt have it. They ask you to call the next day. But the next day also same story follows... guys buck up

Earlier ICICI bank was directly redeeming the rewards points and I was lucky to redeem my rewards points and receive a gift of my choice. But after ICICI bank offloaded this to Imint all the trouble started. My experience with I mint is very bad. Firstly I did not get the Imint card. After a series of email correspondence and complaints, I finally received a duplicate Imint card in October'09. But till date I could not register the card because the website www.imintpoints.com or www.imint.in would not open. I feel the total system is a farce. I feel cheated and this feeling would not change till I succeed in redeeming the rewards points standing to my credit.
I have imint card, but not registered the same to your site. At the time of registering your site showing answer is mismatch and sorry. Please inform me now what can I do?
I also want to Know that How many points i Have in my Imint Card...

Plz help and provide the Information on Priorty Basis..
