[Resolved]  CBSE — change of name

i have passed class x in 2008 & xii in 2011 i want to change my name due to some personal reasons
please tell me the procedure &the papers i need

My ward's name is wrongly printed as ANCILY K VARGHESE instead of ANCILY L VARGHESE in the mark list/certificate of CBSE XII passed in March 2009. Kindly let me have the procedure to get it corrected. Thanking you.

i pankaj kumar s/o sh raj kumar passed class 12th in 2009 from school sarvodaya bal vidlaya B-block janak puri, new delhi 110058. my examination roll no 6667984. myname is PANKAJ KUMAR, but there will be mistake on my sur name it will be PANKAJ KUAMR please correct this so i have no problem about that in future.

I aadithya sujit of class 12 of kendriya vidyalaya nal, bangalore want the details of my 10th marks card to be incorperated, as there is a chenge in mother;s name.So i want to change my mother's name in both certificate and marksheet.i also want to know where to get the change of name application form.so kindly please tell me procedure.also what all documents do i need to submit.I will be higly obliged.thanking you

My name is Binu purushothaman and i have passed my 12 degree this year from bharathiya vidya bavan, kodungallur, kerala.
The problem i face is that in my certificates contain my name as "binu" without a surname, so i want to add a surname.
could u please provide me with detailed procedure and an estimate of how much time it will take to complete the procedure.

Sorry, Actually it's not a complaint, I done my secondary education from D.A.V.School, Fatehabad in year 2000 & Senior Seconday from S.D Modern, Hansi(Hisar) in 2002.
In both my certificate my name is Mannu Grover & I Changed my name as manav grover. I Published this in newspaper & even in my PAN card my name is Manav Grover, In my bank account my name Manav Grover.
So, Please give me procedure to change the name on certificate & also contact no. of any authority related on that issue.

Sorry, Actually it's not a complaint, I did my 10th from Nehru English High School in year 1999. In my certificate my name is N. Tejavathi & I Changed my name as N. Tejashwini. I Published this in newspaper.

So, Please give me procedure to change the name on certificate & also contact number of any authority related on that issue.
