Does not Install Windows XP
I bought this laptap HP Compaq Presario CQ40-330TU. Neither the company brochure nor the seller informed me at the time of purchase that this laptop can install only Vista and not XP. In the seller's web site only vista drivers are available. I feel quite cheated and am now left with an expensive piece of paperweight.
I believe that a hardware seller should sell only the hardware and leave the software selection to the consumer. At least the consumer must be properly informed about any software limitations.
So caveat preempter -- buyers beware. This compaq laptop can take for an expensive drive if you want to install XP.

Everyone knows that you must insert the SATA driver into Windows CD with nLite, everyone knows you have to download the drivers, but ... It is much easier to get everything ready to install?
If you want to install Windows and strip you blue screen ...
If after you install it takes about 5 minutes to boot and do not take the reader ...

actually i downloaded driver from your link, all driver installed but after restart
sound is not coming so I am very sad.
I also download devcon.exe and copy in system32 folder and restart but not working sound properly
