[Resolved] Nokia Customer Care Of India — Nokia Customer Care of India Complaints | |
Hi, I had purchased a Nokia N71 in the month of October, 2008 and the handset is still covered under warranty. The Power ON/OFF button of my phone is not functioning and the battery back up of my phone has reduced to only 18 Hours which is resulting in non performance of an expensive handset like E71. I had visited the Nokia Care outlet but I was told that both these issues are out of warranty and I will be required to pay an amount of Rs.1500(INR) to have the same repaired and leave the handset with the service centre for 15 days. Also the Nokia care centre people refused to back up the data stored on my phone and ARROGANTLY told me that it is not their job and responsibility!! My question is how come these issues are out of warranty??..and if these things are out of warranty then what is covered under warranty. I have been a Nokia customer since last 10 years and this is my sixth Nokia phone but never did I face any problem with any of my Nokia phones. I feel cheated by an esteemed brand like Nokia. I request you to kindly have the set replaced or repaired ASAP so that the trust of an old customer on an esteemed brand like Nokia is restored. I will wait for two weeks (Fifteen Days) for your reply to the best of my satisfaction before moving either to the consumer courts or the local Press. . In the month of april i have purchased the nokia 5800 xpress music, last week (4.9.09) i visited the nokia care in teynampet (franchisee univercell) regarding some drops of water has been entered in my phone, they put job sheet underno warranty claim, after one day the returned my phone stating that the software was not running and it is not possible to switch on the phone, i returned back and i gave it in taambaram nokia care they immediately insereted the battery and checked out the phone the phone got switched on and the software was running.
To my shock after opening the phone they returned the phone stating that 3 of the screws were changed and the above mentioned nokia care has disconnected the display wire by mistake and they quoted that this phone was not surely handled by expert it is been handled by some one who was not familiar with this phone .and also im having the false evidence which was given by them.
I'm one of the prospectig customer of nokia still now i doesn"t move to anyother brand other than nokia in our family we have nearly 14 phones .
wat am trying to say is the teynampet nokia care has given me false report and they have handled my phone carelessly and i need a prompt and a concrete reason for the above quoted problem, this is not fair with your nokia care service.and i need my phone in full working condition, it is been well known that nokia is the most trusted brand of the year to maintain the same and to prosper your customers like me please do the needfull, with all the hope on you I'm concluding here.

As the time was bounded i could on contact the care immediately on saturday the 22-08-09 i gave my phone to the nokia care in yamunanagar, haryana in hope of getting it replaced but they took it for repair & send it to delhi for repair. approximately after 20 days they are not able to tell the status of the phone. i shall be highly obleiged if you look in to this matter & quickly get it replaced.

i have repair to my phone -2600 classic .at my near nokia care center from patan (N.G) INDIA.SO HAS normaliy probllem as keypaid light automatic on/off .there are no solution in my phone .i have two time request no reply .please my problem solution to your company and immediately repair to my phone and so delivary please call or sms.

i that infornt of me he open the seal of the nokia 7210 and i taken to this in to my home
after some time i want charge my mobil i put in to plug but there is supply from the charger
u r saying my company is most popular and tested ok set is it possiable to faulty chagerr and given to the supply of the custmet r u not seeing the before delevery to market is it right way to give the trouble to custmer please slove the problem before to seal the box please test given to the custmerso please take the action before delevery to the market and don't give the trouble to custmer we have so beleive in the nokia don't spoil the nokia value

I too brought Nokia phone on 14/02/09 and have given thrice for repairing for the same problem.THis time when it again went out of service i asked them for replacement as my phone is a brand new phone with a proper bill but as usual Nokia Care centre refused and said they found some liquid in it thatsy cant b replaced.
This phone was a defetive piece and i faced the problem the very next week after i got it.nokia music express has a software problem as everybody faces the same problem.Once switched off cant be on again.
If this kind of products will b sold to customers they will have to shut down soon as no 1 will buy nokia again.
And though 1000 of customer care is open its of no use.They never accept their fault.Instead of replacing blame it on the customers.
If it continues i will have to file a legal notice against the company.
They should accept their fault n customer should be given full justice to every penny that they pay!

[protected] is having the problem with camera which is of 3.2 megapixel .The model doesn't give the clarity which is expected than 3.2 megapixel instead the 2 megapixel gives much more good quality picture.
So do suggest me the right thing to do or I will have to go another way legally.
