Service and repairs
I had got the Joy stick of my Sony-Ericsson K750i repaired from a Sony-Ericsson service center in Gurgaon, but after 2 days of that the phone display went white, and when I took the phone back to the service center the manager refused to handle the phone he said that the phone may have got damaged due to the software getting corrupted or some problem in the main board of the phone, how ever he confirmed that the Cap of the Joystick was not fixed properly. The cold response from the the Store manager made me write to the Sony-Ericsson customer service mail id, how ever I did not get any response from them.

1 year back i had bought a k550i handset from Sony Ericsson, GCDA Complex, Ernakulam, Kerala.
After just 3 months my headset began to tear off on its own and reveal the wire beneath.gradually my left earpiece failed..i went to a service centre at Trivandrum (am studying in College Of Engg, Trivandrum), they told me that they cant replace the headset since it has been tampered with..I can understand the terms and conditions of the warranty, but the same thing happened to many of my friends..why sell such low quality headsets??
We expect good quality for what we pay.Sony Ericsson, I used to believe it as the most reputed and esteemed brand, with world class customer support, that the very name stood for "the best you can get", thats why when my parents gave me money to buy a phone, I didnt even have to think twice before buying a sony.But this is a very poor way of repaying your customers faith.
Sony Ericsson might be a well established firm.But please understand that your reputation is built on the trust and satisfaction of your customers.They are the source of your development and achievement, your true brand ambassadors..As of now you lost one.When I got enough money to buy a digital camera, am not going for a sony product ever again.its better not to buy than mourn over something you bought.
I had been a fan of Sony ever since i started watching TV..with the cute logo and all the cool products, but now i have learned my lesson.Dont trust a firm for its AD's, use their product and find it out for yourself.My opinion and trust means nothing to you that am certain but still as a customer I wanted to express my grief and protest.

I also bough a Sony Ericsson F305. It has been repaired twice during first ten months of warranty. And now, when I gave it for repairs due to display problems, the service center kept the phone for more than a month and then returned it in the same condition. Thank God, I checked it in the service center itself and again returned the phone.
Lessons learnt:
1. Never buy a sony ericsson phone as their products are of sub-standard quality. They may look trendy but they are not at all durable since they do not last even the warranty period.
2. Even if one has bought a sony ericsson phone, learn to live without mobile phone as once the phone gets out of order, which it definitely does, the service center will, in no case, take less than a month to repair it. And good luck if it works well thereafter. |

I have made a complaint ten days ago but till date I have not received any reply from the company. The compalint is as under. If I do not get any satisfactory reply with in five days, I will be forced to file a case with the consumer forum.
I have purchased three mobiles phones model No.W 350(I) black from M/s Salora International, Noida vide their bill no. ACOO20850132 dated 5/11/2008. Out of thse TWO MOBILE phone remained with the service station for atleast six months of the warraty period. The same were sent through Vibra Tech, Patel Nagar, New Delhi.The facts can be verified from their office data. The problems for which phone were sent for repair never ever repaired and with in a week the phones were resubmitted for same disorder. I am fed from all this. The phone which were recently came from service station on 10 Nov. 2009 again, same problem occured for which it remained with the company for the last ten days. Now the warranty period is over, The authorities are requested to either change my phone or refund my money if the comapny cannot able to repair it. Thanks

I am extremely disappointed with your care services since 1st time i repaired my mobile in 3rd week of sept. LKO, 2nd time oct 24 in kanpur but my problem is not yet resolved, my following problems are faulty keypad and music walkie.
Pls take necessary action asap otherwise i will move to consumer court.

| My daughter Neha purchased mobile hand set model G-900 on 25/06/2009 from Dewan Sons, mall Road, Bathinda (Punjab) at cost of Rs.14000/-. The set had problem of power on/off, hanging, volume + - and was submitted for service to Dewan Sons on 22/10/2009. Till than I am requesting to return me phone. Even I offered to pay the charges if any but neither phone is repaired nor returned to me. I have requested Mr. Mathur at No. 9780439049, than Mr. Rajiv at No. 9915933377 and finally Mr. Ashish Jain at No. 9815854444 who asked me to provide case ID or work order No. I contacted Dewan sons whom hand set was given for repairs and I was refused to provide any information as per instructions of the service center. The hand set was purchased at cost of Rs. 14000/. After 45 days I not able to get my phone back. Should I still hope with Sony Ericsson? |

I PURCHASED A SONY BRVIA LCD TV MODEL KLV32V 200A FROM DUBAI CITYCENTER FOR USING IN INDIA AT MY HOMETOWN WHILE TRANSPORTING THE TV GET DAMAGED,
AFTER ENGINEER INSPECTION REMARKED THE LCD IS BROKEN OK
