On 23rd of october i placed order for two things with product id 64937 and 64846 @ 1355.98 + priority tracked mail service @ 1150 rupees. I received confirmation mail for order id 6351232 later i received email that package is dispatched with tracking number la[protected]gb royal mail service on 24th of october but i am unable to track it from royal mail website. My complaint is if i have paid for tracked service why i am unable to track it...

I have made the full payment of rup 8000 and ordered an earphone called advsound model 3. They have not sent any mail to me confirming the order or payment. I can't see my order on my profile. I have sent an email to them but i'm not sure if i'll get any response. I just hope you guys take care of this. I placed an order on this website on 30th June 2016 which is not delivered till now. I sent so many emails and messages to them but there is no response from them. I tried to order two items from the site. I went through the procedure. Entered everything and all details asked. During payment page I entered the necessary information. My credit card also got charged but the order was not placed. I think this is fraud. I have registered a complain on the same website but there is no response at all.
