I had got the Joy stick of my Sony-Ericsson K750i repaired from a Sony-Ericsson service center in Gurgaon, but after 2 days of that the phone display went white, and when I took the phone back to the service center the manager refused to handle the phone he said that the phone may have got damaged due to the software getting corrupted or some problem in the main board of the phone, how ever he confirmed that the Cap of the Joystick was not fixed properly. The cold response from the the Store manager made me write to the Sony-Ericsson customer service mail id, how ever I did not get any response from them.

I have recently taken W910i mobile and unfortunately i have pressed "Reset All" feature and i lost all my games and video files which are given by default in Phone. Can you please tell me how can i restore the default games and video files in my mobile.

i had bought W 350i but after 4 months of its use the flap used to open it suddenly cracked.
Now it cant be refixed and the service center is saying it does not come under warranty.

I have bought sony ericsson G502 last month, i have some serious problems in my phone was it is restarting itself whenever using net or while in any application and also in active voice call... I dont know wat to do.. Most of the service centres are providing poor services...

i am using sony erricson W580i. due to an accident my mobile got broken.i had checked, and every part is working ok. but screen had been broken. now the thing i wanna ask is please gimme some rough idea, what will be the cost of new screen for the same i.e screen of W580i.

Hello
I bought a new K810i mobile. While we use FM on any of the mobile phones across India it provides the facility to change the channels with the help of headset(mirophone) only but my cell doesnt support this functionality.
Is there any solution for this or shall i assume it as one of the drawbacks for K810i

I got SEg502 in the month of december 25th ...i have problem in my mobile was restarting itself ...
atlest 2 times a day...this is not simple one, the most of SE phones are like this only so please care about your se phones.. and sony ericsson must take good action about this problem... |
I have w850i mobile purchased from kuwait in Dec.2006. Sometimes, i find no missed call notification. When i do master reset, this problem remain resolved.
Recently, 4 arrow keys and middle enter key is not working at all. After longer minutes, suddenly it starts working. I do not understand what is the problem behind this. This causes me to get exasperated in the extreme that i throw my mobile on solid material to make it fragile. Because when i am in an emergency to call someone or see the contact list, it makes me crazy only because of these arrow keys no working and makes me to criticize my decision why i purchased this model.
If you can help me to solve this mine, i shall be greatful to you. |

i am kritika sharma from raipur.i purchased a mobile set S302 from your authorized dealer in raipur (chhattisgarh) and i found that it's battery cover and one of it's key is dammaged. the phone memary alrady having some photos of constructing the showroom building, that proving the phone is alrady used.we alrady complain about it to the shop owner but he said "we would only change the outer cover of the cell phone that also after seven days". the purchasing date is 05-01-2009. i also have it's cash memo.can you please tell me what can i do for this.Becauze i have got an second hand mobile @ of a new one.

Dear sir,
I have purchased Sony Ericsson hand set from sony world, Aundh Pune on 12 th Aug 2007. Yesterday all of sudden it got switched off. I contacted the nearest service center at Tilak road Pune. I was told that the hard ware of the hand set will have to be change. The cost for this will be 70 % of the purchase value. This amounts to Rs. 7000=00 approx.
Kindly guide me.

I purschased a W910i in February last year and ever since I got the phone I have been having endless problems. It has to go for software upgrades more than it should, it freezes and switches off, despite the fact that I have sent it to be repaired three times already. I have been a loyal customer to Sony Ericsson for the past seven years and find this very dissappointing. What would be more disappointing is if nobody gets back to me and at least gives me an explanation of why this could be happening...

My self Arun Kakadia was purchased Handset W380 I, Invoice No.191 dated
3/8/08 from Sony Exclusive, SCO 64 Sector 11 Panchkula HR.
No display found on the front screen like Problems occured in my
hand set, I submitted to service centre at SALORA INTRENATIONAL LTD, SCO 327
Sector-40D, Chandigarh on 16.01.09, Ref No. SES 00CHD 10396 also
registered complaint to Customer care on dated 19.01.09 ref No.SE58718702.
Many times i have done follow up with your Executives Ms.
Preeti, Mr. virender, Mr. Aman and Mr. Nakij but every time I have not got
right response eventhough I have talked to sevice centre after 11 days they
are replied part are not available with us and when I asked What is the lead
time ? he replied we cant say actual time.
Let me know actual status of the same, Sony ericsson is very
recongnised company, indeed this is not right way of dealing with customer, I mentaly harassed . kindly take serious action and resolve problems ASAP.
