cheating people
I was approached by few persons from country vacations india . They said its very good club and they said they r giving me offer discount in their membership fees. So i thought its good in the begining but later i found this club to only act as bogus . They cheat people like anything . People please reject such offer from country vacations or country club....

Yes i agree all the above... even i got a call from C.V they said we got 3 gifts its seems and only couplels are eligible it seems.. luckly i checkd in the internet and i came to know abt this fraud... Pls do not accept any of these kind of offers...

We payed 2.5 lacs for the membership a few months ago. Recently we made the promised trip to Goa on the tickets we 'won' when the whole thing started... though the stay and meals were free.. i shelled out 95% of the money for the 'free' tickets..as they only payed the base fare...
Now i've received their letter asking me to deposit 30k for the registration of two free plots within 30 days.. failing which, there will be reallotment. I've asked for a clarification on future payments that may be demanded by them.. so far i have not received any additional info..
Another things is that in their brochure, they offered plots in country club vedic spa coconut grove. However, the letter demanding the 30k mentions the name as 'vedic spa phase II ' - there is no indication of this property anywhere in the coconut grove brochure that was showed to us.. CAN ANYONE SUGGEST WHETHER WE SHOULD GO AHEAD WITH THIS OR DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT WILL BE THE NEXT STEP IF WE PAY THE 30K.
WE MAINLY TOOK THIS FOR THE PROPERTY OFFERED.. IT LOOKED PROMISING AT THAT TIME..

I also got a call like many others and went to their office (shivaji nagar, Bangalore) to collect the gifts. Initially i was prepared not to listen to their crap as they try to sell their product. i just thought i will sit through 30 min and collect my gifts and go. it went on for 4 hrs. they try out all possibilities to convince and make the payment.
They said that they will give a special gift if we opt for membership. They started with 90k and then finally came to 67k and a Samsung 32" LCD tv. I was ready to pay 22k through my credit card and i asked for terms and conditions. They told that they will deliver the TV within 45 days which put me off as i thought of carrying it right away. Then he assured that he will get it for me in 2 weeks otherwise, he will refund the full amount i paid. When i said that i will think and get back they started pressurising that the offer is valid for today only. Finally i got fed up(after 4hr discussion and not allowing me to leave still) and paid 2000/- to block the offer for me and said will come after 4 days as im going out of city. I told my friend about the offer from CV. Even he got convinced and was willing to take membership. Representative from CV called me if im back and so that he will come to my house and fill the forms and take the payment.
I told that even one of my friend is willing to take membership and will come this saturday to their office. Just felt like surfing the feedback how the services are with CV and got into this website. This website is a real eye opener and came to know how they cheat people. Now i made up my mind not to get into this and will spread this to everyone possible. I'm not worried that i lost my 2k, it is a lesson for not enquiring before making payment. Thankfully, it was 10PM when i paid the cash and all other staff have left the office. Otherwise i would have paid some 15k through credit card.
Thanks a lot for spending time in sharing your experiences with country club/vacations through this blog as it saved me and my friends hard earned money.
All i lost in the bargain is Rs. 2000 plus 6hr of my valuable time in reaching the office and listening to their shit. Friends be aware of such fradulent marketing calls. |

Today i got an call from these cheaters, they told me that i won prize in lucky draw in Relience fresh .
i haven't visited single time any relience fresh store yet. i asked for more details abt the same, but the girl Puja who called me was unable to provide these details.
I offered by them a table with table number p2, and i need to go with my family .
But i was not confident abt the same & found thisinfo .
Pl be away from these Cheaters!!!

Congratulations to all those who refused to take the membership.
I have received a similar call yesterday saying that I have been selected for 3 wonderful gifts and I can come and collect the same at Country Vacations office, Hyderabad along with wife on a working day. When I said it is not possible to come on a working day, they were "kind enough" to accomodate me on the same day and hence we reached the place yesterday evening. Found atleast 15+ families (should I say victims) in the office.
It took about 45 minutes to get to my turn. They said I'll be called in if I agree to listen to a presentation and the gifts will be handed over at the end. Once we were inside, the sales guy asked some questions about our interests in vacation etc. and called his Manager and gave feedback. Manager congratulated us for winnig another exciting offer from County Vacations, which is the key part of this presentation. I donot want to explain what that is as everyone here knows what it is. I was offered a great deal 3 Lacs for International desitinations and 2 lacs for India/Asia destinations for 1 week/year and for 30 years. When I refused, he reduced the offer as below :180K + Laptop, 175 K (Final), 160K (Found us very interesting), 150K (Housewife discount for my wife), 130K+Microwave (Last offer) and 120K (Grand Final offer). He even offered Internatation vacation package for this. The Manager also oferred his vacation as a complimentary to us :). If that guy didn't negotiate so much, I would have taken it :)
This discusion happend for almost 1.5 hrs. I have heard Time sharing stuff before and hence I was bit cautious even when my wife was kind of convinced (with some apprehensions). Finally, we walked out excusing ourselves leaving that Manager giving stupid looks and comments to the sales person.
Today I checked out this website and congratulate myself for not getting into that dirt. Thanks for all the people who posted the details of their experience.

I ws very happy wen i received call from these people dat i have won lottery and i wud be getting a dinner set, 25000 gift voucher and privilege card, out of excitement me and my husband cud not really get proper sleep as we were dreaming of many things...
Next day i just browsed and had a shock dat so many people had suffered, i really feel sad that people lost their hard earned money. I said my husband lets not go, anyways he assured lets go and chek. As we entered they said it is a session of one hour and tried tried to brain wash us. We had read this article and were very alert. We just said we had lots of financial problem, and we could afford only the free gift by them. At last they gave us the ice cream bowl set which wud cost just abt 100rs. They waste precious time of people, pls b careful.

as few days back i got a call fom CV ppl and they said that we won a lucky draw in which thr was a gift which is very cheap cup set and another is a holiday voucher at Country Vacations properties. when we went thr to collect it tehy said we ahve to attand a presentation given by their mangers who told us for facilities of CV and CC.. and whn we refused to take facility of CC they said they have another package for CV only.. but u have to pay the money nw only.. we said we dont have money right nw they said pay it on the next day.. thn we said b4 dec we can not pay the rest of the money which was somewhere 60000.. they said u have to pay within 15 days or till 15th nov. thery were actually pressurizing us to take that and suggesting us to take money from a friend or to swiipe his card for payment.. when we aske why should we atke money for ths from our frd.. they said if u will atke it today we'll give u discount and LCD TV of 25''.. they were trying to compall us to take tht.. whn we said we dont want it nw. they said this offer wont be thr thn..

I am disagree with the few statements made by people, that the country vacations are notreturning the money.
I was also the member of country vacations India Ltd. in pune and I got my money back if you want I can help you for that I can send you the scanned copy of the DD also .
These people are very fraud but if you go with a group then you will get your money or if you go alone also you will get your money back. Only you need to be agreesive.
Call me I will give you the tips to get your money back.

| i agree that sumtyms its difficult to get bookings at required time but as far as i am concerned i have been able to get my things done at proper time. infact some of the holidays were so good that i am actually happy to join this membership. you people also co operate with them to enjoy all the benefits promised... |

Today i got a call from Country club. They told me i as selected as a luck member for the coupon which i filled in or near mayajal chennai.
They offered me 25, 000 travel package and 2 privilege cards are free, and i should attend a 1 hr session in office by tomorrow.
I enquired for a terms and conditions, they told no conditions are here. Only i have to bring my wife there.
i dont know whether it is true or ... |
| Mr.Salman and reddy from mumbai Has Taken Money for membership but not issuing membership card or receipt for money, they do not respond to my phone calls. i think they are cheaters. pl be careful |
I also become the Country Club member on the basis of presentation made to me, but when I wanted to go for vacation, the booking of resort is a big issue. Moreover they book the vacation on telephone and most of the time they said they the roo is not available. They don't have online booking facility and I can't trust the information given on telephone.
So I advise the people to refraim from being a member of Country Club or Country Club Vacation. |

Plz go to CC office and collect your 3 prizes and come back dont take membership coz they are cheaters I already put case on them in Consumer Court. They are giving the prizes of road side quality. But any way go there watch their business tactics and say bye.
