When I am trying to contact 044-28292011, the executives go on telling to call to another number in cycle fashion . I wasted around 500 Rs in this, but still I am unable to know how to get my tax refund.

Is it possible that by referring my PAN : AHRPG9449D, Government will send email to my mentioned email vimalkg@gmail for my tax refund.
