Reliance — regarding call barring
My mobile no.is [protected]. Outgoing call has been barred since 15 days. (because of balance). e recharge has been done 3 days back. but there is no correction of call barring. Nobody is responding at customer care services. Kindly rectify the problem as early as possible.Thanking you
reliance is the most pathetic connection i ve ever got in my entire life...i submitted my address verification on 9th of april and i was told my connection will be done within 48 hrs ...the so called reliance web world in yelahanka new town bangalore is the place from where i got my connection done...its 19th of april now i went to this disgusting web world office more than 5 times and its still not connected ...they ve told me another three more days to wait ...people who ever r interested in taking reliance connection please dont take it i swear u will be taking a step u will never regret in life... last but not the least reliance costumer care people sit only to entertain a conversation and timepass they dont take up any required steps towards the costumer's complain ...thankue

dear customer care excutive i ram narayan dewangan want to state the i taken a rim prepaid phone which number is [protected] on 19-04-08. and with this phone problem is that in my phone incoming call is start but out going call in not started since date of purchasing of the phone while i have sufficient balance. for that problem i have told many times to my nearest customer care center at bhilai but my problem is not solved they are taking me at a randome always.
so i request you please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Its worst to say that reliance is cheating people... They will not listen to customer complain and the executives are very rude.
I have perchased cdma RIM [protected] on 11th may 2008.It's outgoing call stopped on 21st may 2008.I have complained on customer care but they can not solve thish problem.

Reliance customer care for broadband is pathetic. I just want that they should be punished for their dirty manipulative behavior with customer. They took my money and docs for broadband connection they didn't turned up even after 8 days. I dont know how long i have to wait for them.

my outgoing calls have been barred due to non verification of details. but i don't understand why i can't make a call even to customer care where i can resolve my queries and the problem is because of the fault made by retailer.my phone number is [protected] and the shopkeeper's number is [protected] (mr. khurana)

Reliance mobile — e- recharge
I got my phone recharged on 24th Nov 07 for Rs 501 which the shopkeeper got it done in other number without reconfirming my mobile number.I have been in contact with the shopkeeper who says he has lodged a complaint while I fail to get the customer care people till now.I tried to get the balance at that very moment but he said the server is down but be assured you will get the balance in your phone soon.It is nearly amonth and I have returned to UK but I fail to get anything.It is a shame and no one should believe the cheats while customer care does not exist.The number in which the money went is always switched off.Are the Reliance people listening?
