[Resolved]  ICICIcredit Card — Reward points transferred to Imint program

I was shocked to check my last month's credit card says I've redeemed all my points! When contacted ICICI Call centre they are saying all the points have been transfered to imint...without any intimation to me! Its very dissapointing to see that a leading bank which claims to be customer-service oriented works in a such pathetic way. I feel this imint program is a pure waste and just another way to sqeeze money from the customers. I suggest ICICI Bank should withdraw this program and should continue with their own program of redeeming points.

Yes it is a clear loot... How ICICI can transfer those award points without informing the customer. Moreover when I called to find the reason, the customer care executive was rude enough.

ICICIcredit Card — Regarding Bill satlement

Hi,

I am using ICICI credit card from last one year.I have booked Tciket in Jetlite, from Bangalore to Patna.They deducted the amount twice from my card.After one months I have cacelled the Tciket due to some personal reason, as well as I have paid the Last transaction Bill also.But they keep sending bill.From last one year I am out of country so its difficult to contact on phone.When I contact him through mail, they are telling that contact by phone to Collection Deprtment.I called also but most of the Time they are not picking the phone.

Could you please help me in sort out this issue.

Without the customer knowledge transferring all the rewards points to imint A/C is unfair.
Issue is not just about service of i-mint. I-mint is owned by ICICI bank. How can ICICI BANK share customers personal data with out consent for business purpose.

They have not told us what is the agreement between i-mint & ICICI BANK.

Why are they forcibly sharing customers personal data with out consent ?

Is i-mint part of banking regulations ? If not why are they sharing banks personal data with out side entity ?

terms & conditions of i-mint are vague, but leaves ample scope to share customers personal data for business purpose with out our censent ?

Why should we let ouselves be profiled ?

I have some financial crisis and I cannot pay my credit card bills as of now. I am getting harrasing calls from ICICI credit card collections. Is there any way out? I have informed the bank that I need time to pay my dues. But these guies don't try to understand. Please suggest.

ICICIcredit Card — non communication and threatning of legal action

sir
i was using the credit card for icici which limit is 15000/
i used that card to purchase one ornament for which i used the whole credit limit
after the end of credit period i paid 3000/ rs amt to the bank
as in the month of sep i paid 4000/-rs.
including which i had payed around 10000/- plus rupees
i made one payment by cheque that was on feb month
i was not having the credit n the bank but the person ie the executive told me that she required a cheque to show the payment and that she will not deposit it until i tell her to deposit it
but after taking the cheque fr me the next day the cheque was deposited and i was charged as a defaulter
now the interest which is been calculated is out of my thought
and no one is ready to give me exact calculations
the second thing in the month of march when my due amt was 18000-rs the executive told that they were ready for settlement for 10000/-rs but that was the day and now it is june started no executive had contacted me and now they had send me an legal notice
the notice had threatned me of dare consequences
accordind to the staemtement of this month my due amt is 25000/
sir i would like to mentioned that my credit limit is 15000/re
around 10000/rs is my payment made and within 5 months without using the card my due am had crossed 25000/

ICICIcredit Card — ICICI Credit card Delivery

It is the worst courier which i have seen in my life. Its a irresponsible, lazy service. I got SMS from them that one document could not be delivered to and so asked me to contact in 2 number[protected]/[protected]. When I tried to contact those numbers more than 100 times, THEY NEVER LIFTED THE PHONE. Instead after the call was over becos of no answer.
Not even a single time they lifted the phone. Even i called ICICI customer care, they had given another 3 numbers which they are having in their database[protected]/30927429/[protected], i tried to these numbers also, all numbers are not is use. This courier is cheating to the ICICI bank also.
Becos of these bad/worst behaviour of this, still i have not recieved my courier.

I am requesting the concerned people to take a action on this...

yeah...shocking to see my points are zero...coz evrything transfered to i-Mints...

And to add to misery---> When i called ICICI customer to know of my i-mint card number - their reply is "Sir, we have transfered your data to them...they will contact you to giv the i-mint card to you..."

when i call i-mint customer callcenter " they say- plz ask for ur i-mint card number to ICICI customer care and then call us back for username"

Truely it is a worst act from a reputed bank
imintpoints.com is not a fake site, how ever very poor customer services, after so many call back i got to that I have imint account and got registered to imintpoints.com, There is no proper service at the customer care numbers.

ICICIcredit Card — fraud bill

sir i was issued credit card by icici credit card at free of cost.from date of issue i had not used card single time.but they are sending wrong bill every month by adding there extra charge and late payment fees.i had informed them many time but they are continuing to send there bill every month now the amount has reached upto 7380.31 so please help me. my icici credit card customer id numberis1632914 [protected]

yep...any one already filed a compliant against this? How can the personal data be shared without consent from card holders and as our friend Srinivas was saying we are schuttled between ICICI customer service and that of imint for the card and login details. Anyone have answers?
I too agree with him. I have never ever seen one of the worst customer service like Imintpoints.com.
They are not all responding to the mails also It's very difficult to catch those guys over phone...

Simply speaking ICICI making fun on us.
I got same feeling and experience, and i totally agree as a biggest Pvt bank of india they shouldn do this way. Wen i called phone banking officer he saying that bank has changed policy and they asked me to check i-mint website. Y the hell i should go and check the i-mint website for my (earned) reward points. I never requested any card to icici bank.

These guys are spineless when it comes to matters like these..
Robbers ..m sure this bank ICICI will b out of biz in couple of yrs time
I totally agree with the complaint. They are just fooling people. First they have transferred the reward points to Imint without intimating the people. Second when we want to redeem now we need to redeem from Imint only and till now ICICI didn't send any Imint card to the customers.
Also, they say they have doubled the points and transferred to Imint, but if you see the reward points assigned to each product they are much more than double points. Ex. one HPCL voucher of Rs. 50 from ICICI used to cost 65 points (Each point value is Rs. 0.77) earlier and now an HPCL Voucher of Rs. 100 wil cost you 350 points in Imint (each point value is Rs.0.29). It is 5 times the regular reward points.
But, still ICICI is claiming that they have doubled the points and trasnsferred the same to Imint.

This is the another way of fooling people.

When we call and ask them, we get a standard answer that, it is a Reward program is a bank dicission and they can do anything whenever they want.

I found this to be one of the immoral way of a business process ICICI is following and they won't be anymore a customer service oriented organization.
