[Resolved]  FLY /Mobile — Very Unsatisfied with mobile service center

Sir,
I bought a cellphone (Model No. fly SX 210) of company 'FLY' on date 31.05.2008from S.H. MUMTAZUDDIN. KOLKATA 700001. On date 01.05.2009 I found that my cell is not working properly, it did not get the proper display. Then i went to Authroized Service center that is AURA TELECOM SERVICES PVT. LTD. 15B, R. N. MUKHERJEE ROAD, KOLKATA 700001 of FLY company on date 02.05.2009.They people Checked my cell physically and found that there are scretches on panels and loose panel and also have display problem.They kept my mobile for more than one months and till now no service. i enquiry by walk 5 times and by phone more that 20 times but still my cell not get repaired and even they are not giving me any reasonable answer that why my cell not get repaired till date.

I have purchased FLY MC 120 in 25/12/08 and i am having BSNL SIM [protected]. But the set is turning automatic receive call mode. I complained several time at the nearest fly servicing centre, Ahemedabad. . Then How i can say the good part of its products or the responsible persons of this products. They have assured some software should be loaded in my set. But the local service centre shows their inability for it.
before fifteen days i can send my mobile fly head office dilhi.I have received my mobile but same problam.
I requist you to my mobile problam solve.

I am new enduser (by purchase on 04.02.2009)
of your Fly DS410 model product.I found that there is an reliable failure in the charger unit and I take this problem on 15.04.2009 to your authorised service centre Accel Frontline Ltd., 177, SFI complex, Valluvarkottam High Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai 600034. They analysed my problem and informed me, that the data cable was failed and they booked for replacement of data cable. After one weak they deliver new dada cable on 21.04.2009.

Again I faced the same problem from 25.05.2009 and carryout this problem to same service cenre on 02.06.2009, they checked found that the dada cable was failed and also they toled me that the warrenty period is over so we do not take responsible for this issue you may contact to the company for your need.

As a product design engineer I very much aware of that in your warranty certificate you are giving 6months warranty, that is the product is in warranty period.There is no cut in cord and brocken in charging pin.

i gave my fly V-100 for service to your service center named SURI TELECOM 454/455, west guru angad nagar, gurudwara road, laxmi nagar, delhi-110092 on 6th of march due to blank screen,

but someone from service center called me on 17th march and told that the phone is under effect of water.
My complaint is that if there was water in my phone then your service center should have told me in starting. He told that we will repair ur phone but we will charge you.
i want proper reply from you regarding this. This is effecting me as i dont have any other spare phone to use.

Date of 11th June 2009, Service request no. Is 4260. So he is tell me I send part request our head office, we can't received part so your phone is now completed. without phone I have facing lot of problem, so today I need my phone.

fly f..ks .. my fly e got some charging problem & the service centre after many many days of to 7 fro rounds not only refusedthe warranty but also made me fool by replacing wrong parts .. then i turned to a ocal mobile repair centre who made my problem worse ... lot of ma money is gone .. first a fly e300 worth 9000& then some 2000 to repair it & still its f..ked !

help me .. i would suggest not to bye fly phones ..
